Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hs@harmonyStyle.in or call +91-8306251125 within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests received after this period or after the order has been processed for shipment may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, please refer to our return policy for assistance.
Refunds:
- We offer 2 Days return if the product is damaged or defective.
Approved Refund will be credited to the original Payment method within 5-7 business days. - Replacement will be done within 5-7 Business days.
- Once your cancellation or return request is approved, refunds will be processed using your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Note that any shipping charges will be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Process:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
